The therapeutic profession needs skilled, reflective practitioners. Yet newly qualified and graduate therapists often face a difficult reality: limited supervision opportunities, expensive private supervision they can’t afford, and few quality clinical placements to develop their skills.

Our Therapy Talent Hub at London Trusted Therapy Harley Street changes this. We provide free, high-quality clinical supervision, professional mentoring, and excellent placement opportunities because we believe investing in emerging therapists ultimately serves the communities they’ll support throughout their careers.

Why We Do This

We remember the isolation and uncertainty of starting out. Quality supervision and mentorship shouldn’t be luxuries available only to those who can afford expensive private rates. By investing in emerging therapists, we’re strengthening the entire profession and ultimately improving care for vulnerable people who need skilled, compassionate practitioners.

What We Offer

Quality clinical placements

Real therapeutic experience with diverse client groups in a supportive, professional environment. Graduate and newly qualified therapists work under proper supervision, building confidence whilst delivering meaningful care.

Expert clinical supervision

Regular supervision sessions with experienced therapists who provide thoughtful, constructive guidance on case management, therapeutic relationships, and professional development. The quality of supervision you’d expect to pay for privately—provided free.

Professional mentorship

One-to-one mentorship connecting you with established practitioners. Navigate the realities of therapeutic work, develop your clinical identity, and build a sustainable practice with guidance from therapists who’ve walked this path.

Skills development workshops

Regular sessions exploring diverse therapeutic modalities, working with specific populations (neurodivergent clients, trauma survivors, couples, children and adolescents), and developing specialised clinical skills.

Community of practice

A supportive network of therapists at various career stages, sharing experiences, discussing clinical challenges, and learning from one another in a non-judgemental space.
