Therapists for Schools

Our Community Commitment: Free Therapy for Vulnerable Children and Adolescents

This is our way of giving back. We believe every child and young person deserves access to quality mental health support, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances. Through our Therapists for Schools initiative, we provide free therapeutic support to schools, ensuring vulnerable children and adolescents receive the care they need.

Why We Do This

Too many young people fall through gaps in overstretched services. Waiting lists stretch for months or years. Families struggle with costs they simply cannot afford. Meanwhile, children and adolescents sit in classrooms carrying burdens too heavy for young shoulders — family breakdown, loss, trauma, anxiety, neurodevelopmental challenges.
We can’t fix the entire system, but we can make a meaningful difference where it matters most: in the lives of individual young people who need help now.

What We Offer Schools

Qualified, experienced therapists working directly with children and adolescents facing:

Our Approach

Each young person receives personalised, trauma-informed support using evidence-based approaches—play therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, attachment-focused interventions—tailored to their unique needs and developmental stage. Sessions take place during school hours in a quiet, confidential space. We work collaboratively with parents/carers and school staff, ensuring everyone feels informed and involved whilst respecting the young person’s therapeutic privacy.

For Schools

If your school has pupils who would benefit from therapeutic support, we’d welcome a conversation about how we can help. There are no charges, no hidden costs—just a shared commitment to supporting children and adolescents’ wellbeing.
