
Dr Tim Ojo is a senior psychiatrist, executive coach, leadership mentor, accredited mediator, facilitator and organisational consultant. He has over 30 years’ experience in mental health and having retired form full time NHS practice in 2023, now has a portfolio career spanning, private psychiatry, medico-legal work, coaching, mediation and organisational consulting.
Tim’s philosophy is based on being an “encourager” of desired change. He does this by facilitating the optimisation of individual agency and self-efficacy through adopting a “head, heart and hands” approach to change.
He has extensive leadership experience including over 7 years at C-suite as well as having had been on regional and national advisory forums. He is able to use this experience to help clients navigate the complexities and challenges of organisational life. He is a Senior Fellow of the Faculty of Medical Leadership & Management (FMLM) and was the lead for FMLM coaching network from 2013 to 2024.
Tim has published articles on leadership and coaching and had written a chapter on mental health and spirituality. He has developed an interest in the use of AI tools to support human abilities for organisational benefit.
